Senior Memberships at Petoskey - Bay View Country Club
* Senior members are voting members
* Senior members have equity and are one of 380 “owners” of PBVCC
SENIOR MEMBER FEES
* $5500 one time initiation fee
* $1000 equity fee
* $500 assessment fee (ends in 2016)
* Choice of family dues ($2047) or individual dues ($1732)
* $450 Clubhouse Minimum
Initiation fee may be paid in two installments
Associate Memberships at Petoskey - Bay View Country Club
* Any "young person" between the ages of 21 and 40
* Have the same privileges as senior members except for voting privileges
ASSOCIATE MEMBER FEES
* $500 initiation fee - paid each year – these fees are "banked" toward the full initiation fee until the associate member either turns 40 or chooses to become a senior member
* Individual dues at ˝ rate - $866
* Family dues at ˝ rate - $1024
* Clubhouse minimum - $450
* No assessment
* $1000 application fee applies to first year initiation and dues
Social Memberships at Petoskey - Bay View Country Club
* Use of clubhouse for seasonal dining
* Ability to book clubhouse for family and other social events
* No golfing privileges other than playing as a guest of a member
* Transference of initiation fee for social members who choose to become senior members
SOCIAL MEMBER FEES
* $500 one-time initiation fee
* $467.50 annual dues
* $450 per year clubhouse minimum (includes charges for food and beverage)
* $135 assessment fee per year (ends in 2016)
* $1000 application fee is applied to initiation fees, dues, and assessment fee.
* Former Senior Members may request to become a social member without paying an initiation fee.
