Tannery Creek Market (TCM) is a full service old-fashioned "Mom and Pop" butcher shop that is locally owned and operated by D and Mary Jo Schultz.
We have fresh cuts of Certified Angus Beef, pork, veal and lamb along with fresh, never frozen poultry. We make a large variety of our own fresh sausages, smoked sausages, bacons and numerous other smoked meats. We offer homemade pastrami, corned beef, Canadian bacon, jerkies (5 flavors), snack sticks, BBQ ribs, pulled pork, and much much more. All of these products are made right here at TCM!
Our sale days are every Tues, Wed. and Thurs. Sales vary from week to week and include a variety of beef, pork and poultry. We offer a 10% discount to our senior citizens of 62 years of age and older. This is available on all our products except our sale items. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, American Express, Discover, and Bridge Cards.

All of these products are also made right here at TCM in our commercial kitchen from scratch. They are a wonderful addition to our store made with our already great meats. Some of what is available includes our 12 layer lasagna, BBQ ribs with our homemade BBQ sauce, macaroni and cheese, roasted vegetables, baked beans, potato salad and the list goes on...
